باختصار

Gluw يجمع ما يلزم لبناء خطتك ومتابعتها فقط. لا نبيع بياناتك، ولا نشاركها لأغراض إعلانية، ولا نستعمل أدوات تحليل أو تتبّع.

ما الذي نجمعه

بيانات الحساب: بريدك الإلكتروني ومعرّف مزوّد الدخول (Google أو Apple)، واسمك إن أرسله المزوّد. إذا استخدمت خاصية «إخفاء بريدي» من آبل، فلن نرى بريدك الحقيقي.

بيانات التدريب: كل جلسة تسجّلها — التمارين، والأوزان، والتكرارات، وتقييمك لصعوبة كل مجموعة — وخطتك، والأيام التي أخبرتنا أنك تمرّنت فيها أو لم تتمرّن.

ملاحظاتك المكتوبة: ما تكتبه على أي تمرين داخل الجلسة. تُحفظ على جهازك وعلى خوادمنا لتعود إليك على أي جهاز، ولا تُرسل لأي طرف آخر.

بيانات الجسد إن أدخلتها: الجنس، والعمر، والطول، والوزن، ونسبة الدهون. التطبيق لا يطلبها حاليًا، ومن أدخلها في إصدار سابق تبقى عنده.

قياسات الجسم إن سجّلتها في شاشة التقدّم: الوزن، ومحيط الخصر، والصدر، والذراع، والفخذ، والورك، مع تاريخ كل قياس.

محادثاتك مع الكوتش: كل رسالة تكتبها وكل ردّ يصلك، مع تصنيف الرسالة (داخل نطاق التدريب أو خارجه). تبقى في حسابك حتى تحذفها أو تحذف حسابك.

بيانات التغذية — عند تفعيل قسم التغذية: ما تسجّله من أطعمة وكمياتها، وما تبحث عنه من أصناف أو باركود، وصور ملصقات المنتجات التي تمسحها. الصورة تُقرأ ثم تُهمل ولا تُخزَّن.

بيانات التشغيل: لكل استدعاء لنموذج الذكاء الاصطناعي نسجّل عدد الرموز وتكلفته التقديرية ووقته، لضبط الحدود اليومية. لا نجمع تقارير أعطال، ولا بيانات تحليلية، ولا موقعك، ولا رموز إشعارات؛ وتنبيه انتهاء الراحة يعمل على جهازك بلا خادم.

كيف نستخدمها

لبناء خطتك، وقياس تقدّمك، وتشخيص التوقّف، وتعديل الخطة. وعند استخدامك الكوتش نرسل إلى مزوّد النموذج (Anthropic): رسالتك الحالية، وآخر عشر رسائل من محادثتك كما هي، وملخّصًا لهدفك ومستواك وآخر أرقامك في التمرين. لا نرسل بريدك، ولا اسمك، ولا ملاحظاتك المكتوبة، ولا قياساتك.

مع من نشاركها

مع مزوّد الاستضافة (Supabase) الذي تُخزَّن عليه بياناتك، ومع Anthropic لتشغيل الكوتش وقراءة الملصقات، ومع RevenueCat لإدارة اشتراكك: يستلم معرّف حسابك وسجلّ شرائك من آبل، لا بريدك ولا بيانات تدريبك. وعند تفعيل قسم التغذية يُرسل نصّ بحثك أو الباركود — لا غير — إلى Open Food Facts وقاعدة USDA للبحث عن الصنف. لا أحد غير هؤلاء، ولا لأي غرض إعلاني.

كم نحتفظ بها

نحتفظ ببياناتك ما دام حسابك قائمًا. نسخة منها على جهازك داخل مخزن التطبيق، ورمز جلستك في المخزن الآمن لنظام التشغيل. ما نرسله إلى Anthropic لا يُستخدم لتدريب نماذجها بحسب شروط واجهتها البرمجية، وقد تحتفظ به مدة محدودة لأغراض الأمان وفق سياستها المنشورة.

كيف نحميها

بياناتك معزولة على مستوى قاعدة البيانات: لا يستطيع أي مستخدم آخر قراءتها أو تعديلها. هذا العزل مُختبَر آليًا على كل جدول، وليس افتراضًا. ومفاتيح الخدمات لا توجد داخل التطبيق على جهازك.

حقوقك

الاطّلاع على بياناتك وتعديلها من داخل التطبيق في أي وقت، وحذف أي محادثة مع الكوتش.

حذف حسابك وكل بياناتك من داخل التطبيق. الحذف فوري من قاعدة بياناتنا وغير قابل للتراجع. النسخ الاحتياطية لمزوّد الاستضافة تُمحى ضمن دورتها المعتادة، وما سبق إرساله إلى Anthropic يخضع لمدة احتفاظها المذكورة أعلاه.

الأطفال

التطبيق غير موجّه لمن هم دون 16 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

In short

Gluw collects only what it needs to build and follow your plan. We do not sell your data, share it for advertising, or run analytics or tracking tools.

What we collect

Account data: your email and the identifier from your sign-in provider (Google or Apple), and your name if the provider sends it. If you use Apple's Hide My Email, we never see your real address.

Training data: every session you log — exercises, weights, reps and how hard each set felt — your plan, and the days you told us you trained or did not.

Your written notes: what you write on any exercise during a session. Kept on your device and on our servers so they follow you to another device, and never sent to any other party.

Body data, if you entered it: sex, age, height, weight and body fat. The app does not ask for it at present; anyone who entered it in an earlier version keeps it.

Body measurements, if you record them on the progress screen: weight, and waist, chest, arm, thigh and hip circumference, each with its date.

Your conversations with the coach: every message you write and every reply you receive, with its classification (within training scope or outside it). They stay in your account until you delete them or delete your account.

Nutrition data — when the nutrition section is enabled: the foods and quantities you log, the items or barcodes you search for, and photos of product labels you scan. A photo is read and then discarded; it is not stored.

Operational data: for every call to the AI model we record its token counts, estimated cost and time, to enforce daily limits. We collect no crash reports, no analytics, no location and no push tokens; the rest-timer alert runs on your device with no server.

How we use it

To build your plan, measure your progress, diagnose a plateau and adjust the plan. When you use the coach we send to the model provider (Anthropic): your current message, your last ten messages verbatim, and a summary of your goal, level and latest training numbers. We do not send your email, your name, your written notes or your measurements.

Who we share it with

Our hosting provider (Supabase), where your data is stored; Anthropic, which runs the coach and reads labels; and RevenueCat, which manages your subscription: it receives your account id and your purchase history from Apple, never your email or your training data. When the nutrition section is enabled, your search text or barcode — and nothing else — is sent to Open Food Facts and the USDA database to look up the item. Nobody else, and never for advertising.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as your account exists. A copy lives on your device inside the app's storage, and your session token in the operating system's secure store. What we send to Anthropic is not used to train its models under its API terms, and may be retained for a limited period for safety purposes under its published policy.

How we protect it

Your data is isolated at the database level: no other user can read or modify it. That isolation is verified by automated tests on every table, not assumed. No service key exists inside the app on your device.

Your rights

View and edit your data from inside the app at any time, and delete any conversation with the coach.

Delete your account and all of your data from inside the app. Deletion from our database is immediate and irreversible. The hosting provider's backups expire on their normal cycle, and anything already sent to Anthropic is subject to the retention period described above.

Children

This app is not directed at anyone under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
